1. Eligibility for Returns
- Defective Products: We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for returns. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the product has been opened or used.
2. Return Process

- Shipping the Return: You are responsible for shipping the defective product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
3. Refunds
